There might be thousands of reasons that you leave your previous company.I’m an under graduate student would like to examine bout the reasons ppl leave their organization.This might provide deeper insight for the fresh grad like me in future to face those unseen challenges.

i left my company because they were telling me to do things that were way ouot of my job description… so i left the company an months later came back to a higher job position at the same company.
