Their methods typically include: opposing racial prejudice on moral grounds, calling upon the government to censor hate speech, and calling upon the police to take action against hate crimes.
The term antifa derives from Antifaschismus, which is German for anti-fascism.

“W-what about it?” She stammered quietly. I sat up and faced her.
“I’ve waited for what feels like forever,” I said, staring into her eyes. “I want you. I need you.” She looked away. “Please?” I reached over and touched her hand. She pulled her hand away quickly. “If you’re scared just say so.”
“I’m not scared,” She snapped.
“Then whats the problem?” I scooted closer to her. She shrugged.
“I just dont want to do it,” She sighed.
“You have to have a reason,” I stated, beginning to get slightly aggravated.
“No I dont,” She spat back. I glared at her.
“You agreed you would do it! We shook hands! I waited but now Im done waiting!” I yelled. She pulled her knees to her chest and hid her face in her lap. She drew in a quick breath and began to cry. I sat there, feeling like a complete jerk. I sighed. “Kailey…” I whispered. I reached out and touched her shoulder. She winced. I quickly moved my hand away.
“I just dont want to okay!?” She cried out. “I love you Joe, but Im not ready,” She sighed. I scooted closer and put my arm around her. She looked up at me. “Please, just not now.” I sighed and nodded slightly. She smiled a bit and rested her head on my shoulder. I wiped her eyes and sighed.
“What now?” I asked.
“We could go down to the park,” She suggested. “All these vendors are here this week.”
“Okay,” I nodded. She sat up.
“Let me just freshen up,” She said as she got up and walked to the bathroom. I walked downstairs and waited for her by the door. She came down stairs, looking happier. She took my hand and led me outside and to the park. The paths were crowded with locals and tourists alike. Stands were full of unique and somewhat unusual items. Vendors cried out into the crowd. I inhaled deeply as we walked into the area where food stands were set up. “The kettle corn is the best,”Kailey stated. I laughed a bit. “Wait over by the bench. Im going to go get some.” She walked towards the kettle corn stand. I walked over to the bench and sat down. I looked around at the different stands but one caught my eye. Not the stand in particular, but the person lounging behind it. He looked so familiar. He looked like…Kevin. His hair was straight, that was the only difference. A wave of anger and fear both wash over me. I wanted to run up to him and cave his face into his skull. But I couldnt, not here and I didnt want to scare Kailey. I glanced over at him again and we made eye contact. He smirked at me and got up and walked away. It WAS Kevin. I stood up abruptly and clenched my fists. “Joe you okay?” Kailey came up next to me.
“Im fine,” I lied, still staring in the direction that Kevin had disappeared.
“You sure?” I nodded.
“Lets go,” I sighed and put my arm around her waist. We continued walking down the path.

For Christmas 2009 I decided to pay tribute to the REAL reason for the season [ Jesus Christ ] and do a couple of great songs that I love to play. I was originally going to do a couple of the usual christmas songs like Carol of the Bells or Deck the Halls but I felt it was best to just wear the hat and play for the One who gave me the ability to hear and play music. You can find How He Loves on many records such as The Glorious Unseen’s “The Hope That Lies In You”, David Crowder Band’s “Church Music”, Jeremy Riddle’s “How He Loves Live EP”, and Eddie Kirkland’s album, “Orthodoxy”, but it was originally written by John Mark McMillan.
I hate to be repetitive but, although close, this is not really a cover as I didn’t stick to what the drummer in the song played. I tried my best to express myself in my drumming and the music I play. I play drums because they are my passion and I love doing it . . . . I hope you enjoy this video as much as I enjoyed making it !!!
