I can’t remember what this movie was called?
It had a unseen psycho killer in the movie that was going around and killing people by injecting them with window cleaner. I think it was some comedy that starred Andy Griffith or something.
…you might be thinking of "The Man with Two Brains", although the ‘windex killer’ in THAT movie, was played by Merv Griffin, not Andy Griffith…

The Man with 2 brains, Merv Griffith was the Windex Killer, but it starred Steve Martin.

In The man with Two Brains with Steve martin the killer injected people with window cleaner. Very funny.

Movie is "The Man with Two Brains"
The movie stars Steve Martin playing Dr. Michael Hfuhruhurr & David Warner playing mad scientist Dr. Alfred Necessiter
The killer is "Elevator Killer"
Dr. Alfred creates a new technique enabling him to store living brains in liquid-filled jars. Dr. Michael falls in love with a disembodied brain.
Steve Martin also tries to kill with window cleaner so that he could get a female body where he can have the brain implanted. But he don’t have the nerve to kill & doesn’t do so. Mean while Elevator Killer kills Martin’s wife & he places the brain in it.
The film ends with a request for the audience to report the whereabouts of Merv Griffin if they see him at large.
